By using this website and the Authentic Zitouna Education platform you agree to the following terms.

1. Purpose

The site and platform present the programmes, registration, remote study and certificate verification.

2. Account

• Information you give when registering must be accurate.
• Your account is personal; do not share it. Keep your password secret.
• The administration may suspend an account that breaches these terms or the charter.

3. Conduct

Be respectful; no abuse or defamation; nothing unlawful or contrary to the ethics of knowledge circles; no attempts to break into the platform or harvest others' data.

4. Content and ownership

Lessons, materials, recordings and texts belong to their authors or the institution and are for personal educational use. Copying, republishing or selling needs written permission. YouTube videos remain their owners'.

5. Study and certificates

Each branch sets its timetable and pass conditions. A certificate carries a verification code and may be withdrawn if based on false information.

6. Fees

Any fees or donations are set and announced by each branch.

7. Liability

We aim for availability and accuracy but do not guarantee them; liability for indirect loss is excluded to the extent the law allows.

8. Changes and governing law

These terms may change. Tunisian law governs; Tunisian courts have jurisdiction.
